The Shrayer Law Firm litigated a long jury trial and pierced the corporate veil of a nefarious corporation.

in March 2020, in Broward County, Florida, Attorney Shrayer persuaded jurors that corporate formalities were not followed and the individual defendant was actually an alter-ego of the corporation. The Court trebled the damage award for the Plaintiff to $624,470.50. The jury unanimously returned a guilty verdict on all counts argued by Attorney Shrayer for (1) Fraudulent Misrepresentation and (2) violation of the Florida Deceptive Unfair Practices Act (FDUPTA).
